Project Description
PROJECT INCLUDES: Construct a pedestrian plaza in downtown Abilene consisting of pavilions, event lawns, a water feature, lighting, landscape, irrigation, and site furnishings with associated construction activities.
BID BOND: No bid bond required.
PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%
FUNDING AGENCY: City of Abilene / Abilene Contract No. CB-2543

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online at www.jacobmartin.com. Orders for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may include hard copies for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com. Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC., located at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606. Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00. Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00. Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.

Is this conceptual and they want someone to design, detail, engineer, fabricate, and erect as a package? - We need more detail for the fountain if possible. - The irrigation plan has irrigation for all plants in beds and planters but nothing in the sod area. Will there be a revision with irrigation in the sod or do we need to provide a design? - Just to clarify they do not show a speaker system in this project like the one on Cypress, is that correct?
