Fort Griffin SUD – Water Treatment Plant – Evaporation Ponds

Project Description

PROJECT INCLUDES:            This project consists of constructing evaporation ponds for a proposed water treatment plant facility.

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Fort Griffin SUD office located at 1180 County Road 109, Albany, Texas 76430. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

ESTIMATED COST:                $700,000

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

FUNDING AGENCY:              USDA

Contractors must obtain a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS online at www.jacobmartin.com by digital download or hard copy to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project. Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00  All Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online and are available for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC, located at 1925 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
