Runnels County – Courthouse HVAC Replacement
Project Description
PROJECT INCLUDES: Runnels County was awarded grant number CM-24102 through the State of Texas State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG) RFA No. EECBG-IIJA1-2024. The scope of this project is a one-for-one replacement of twenty (20) existing aging HVAC units at the three-story courthouse with new units that will meet the requirements of the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code, as well as other grant requirements required for funding.
There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 3:00 PM on January 29, 2026 at the the Runnels County Courthouse, Commissioner’s Court, 3rd Floor, 613 Hutchins Avenue, Ballinger, TX 76821.
The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:30 PM, February 2, 2026. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Flores, AIA, NCARB; rflores@jacobmartin.com
