Project Description

PROJECT INCLUDES:         #1 Asbestos Containing Material abatement services for the 13,980 SF District Services Center Gym; #2 Clean Demolition of the 13,980 SF District Services Center Gym; #3 Demolition of the 32,500 SF, 2 story with basement, fire damaged Old Fannin HS building with Asbestos Containing waste.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 10:30 AM, February 19, 2026, at 906 SW 5^th Avenue, Mineral Wells, TX 76067. This conference is highly recommended for general contractors and major subcontractors.

The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:00 PM, February 26, 2026. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Tim Hopkins, AIA, RID; thopkins@jacobmartin.com;
