Project Description
Request for Qualifications/Proposals for the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk will be received by Jacob & Martin, LLC on behalf of Merkel ISD until 2:00 PM on April 14, 2026, at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, Texas 79606. Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications/Proposals. Statement of Qualifications/Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding of the contract.
All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB; trobertson@jacobmartin.com. The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:00 PM, March 31, 2026.
