City of Azle – Elevated Tank Rehabilitation

Project Description

PROJECT INCLUDES:            The project consists of performing a variety of rehabilitation projects on an existing 0.5 MG multi-legged elevated tank including repairing cracking and spalling on the foundations, replacing and/or adding exterior and interior ladders and safety climb devices, upgrading the handrail system, adjusting windage rods, electrically grounding the tank, and recoating the interior and all associated ancillary work and appurtenances.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on September 4, 2024, located at Azle City Hall, 505 W. Main Street, Azle, Texas, 76020.

ESTIMATED COST:                $285,000

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

FUNDING AGENCY:              Local Funds

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online at www.jacobmartin.com.  Orders for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may include hard copies for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC., located at 1925 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, TX 76086.  Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00.  Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.
