Hamilton ISD – Junior High & Elementary School Building Renovation

Project Description

 

PROJECT INCLUDES:         New Finishes (Paint, Flooring, Ceiling & Lighting) in all Classrooms, Corridors, Science Labs and Libraries; All Multi-Fixture Restrooms renovated to meet Accessibility Standards; and Renovate School Kitchen with new equipment.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 5:00 PM on February 24, 2026 at Hamilton ISD, 400 S. College Street, Hamilton, TX 76531.

The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:00 PM, March 5, 2026. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Tim Hopkins, AIA, RID; thopkins@jacobmartin.com.
