Fort Griffin SUD – Hubbard Creek Reservoir Crossing

Project Description

PROJECT INCLUDES:            The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 4,760 linear feet of 8" SDR 9 HDPE raw water line through a directional bore crossing Hubbard Creek Reservoir.

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 20, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Fort Griffin SUD office located at 1180 County Road 109, Albany, Texas 76430 and available through the Teams link provided via addendum. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

ESTIMATED COST:                $1,450,000

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

FUNDING AGENCY:              USDA

Contractors must obtain a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS online at www.jacobmartin.com by digital download or hard copy to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project. Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00  All Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online and are available for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC, located at 1925 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
