Project Description
Statement of Qualifications/Proposals for the selection of Construction Manager at Risk will be received by Jacob & Martin, LLC on behalf of Roscoe Collegiate ISD until 10:00 AM on December 18, 2024, at Jacob & Martin, LLC, 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications/Proposals. Statement of Qualifications/Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding the contract.
The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 4:00 PM, December 11, 2024. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Richard Flores, AIA; rflores@jacobmartin.com
