McMurry University – Cooke Building Classroom Remodel

Project Description

PROJECT INCLUDES:         Project will consist of renovating three first floor classrooms (106, 108, and 110) including flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, replacement of windows and window shades, replacement of whiteboards, upgraded lighting, and renovations to electrical power and data to accommodate student and faculty use.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 4:00 PM on April 18, 2024 at the McMurry University Harold Groves Cooke Classroom Building, Classroom 106, located at 1400 Sayles Boulevard, Abilene, TX 79605.

The deadline to submit questions to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Richard Flores, AIA, NCARB / rflores@jacobmartin.com is 5:00 PM, April 23, 2024. 

ESTIMATED COST:            The OWNER has set a construction budget of $165,000 for the above-mentioned work. One hundred percent (100%) will be funded by a United States Department of Education Title V Grant.

PAYMENT/PERFORMANCE BONDS: 100%

BID BOND:                           5%
