Johnson County SUD – Hwy 67 8″ Waterline Replacement

Johnson County Special Utility District (JCSUD) will accept bids submitted electronically through the following website: https://www.civcastusa.com until 2:00 PM on December 2, 2025.At that time, District staff and Engineer will publicly read bids aloud via phone conference. Contractors may join the bid opening by dialing in using the information provided by JCSUD on Civcast.

PROJECT INCLUDES:             Furnishing and installing an 8-inch C900 (DR 18) waterline within private property easements. This project also consists of bores, encasements, line abandonments, service connections, and associated appurtenances.

ESTIMATED COST:                $212,000

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

FUNDING AGENCY:              Local Funds

Questions will be automatically directed to and reviewed by the project manager. All project specific questions posted here will be answered via addendum and distributed to all plan holders. Addenda will also be posted to CIVCAST.

Digital copies of the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained from the following website: www.civcastusa.com. CIVCAST will be updated with addenda, plan holder lists, bid tabulations, additional reports or other information relevant to bidding the Project. Official plan holder’s list will only be the list maintained by the District. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically check for Addenda which may have been posted on CIVCAST.
