City of Keene – CR 317 Reconstruction

Project Description

PROJECT INCLUDES:             Removing approximately 1,740 linear feet of asphalt roadway and replacing with a 30-ft wide concrete roadway with curb and gutter, as well as culvert replacement for the existing (3) 36” cross culverts under CR 317, downstream from the Soil Conservation Service – Site 34 Reservoir. This project also includes shoulder addition for TxDOT turn lanes, repair of driveways along the improved section of CR 317, right-of-way grading for improved drainage, new road striping, and all associated appurtenances.

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00.  All Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online and are available for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC, located at 1925 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
