JACOB | MARTIN ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT

The JACOB | MARTIN Environmental Department works with municipalities, water supply corporations and water supply districts throughout Texas assisting them with all regulatory needs from state and federal entities. Before funding can occur, we work behind the scenes with funding agencies like the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA-RD), to get approval on categorical exclusions and environmental reports for NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act). Regardless of size, we work with all water systems, from raw water sources to residential taps. We also provide compliance support for municipalities, water districts, and private development clients.

As well as helping with various treatment and discharge alternatives. We also assist our Engineers with research on environmental topics that come up.
