PROJECT INCLUDES:             This project consists of inventorying approximately 4,350 service lines in the City of Graham’s water system and associated incidentals

ESTIMATED COST:                $300,000

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

Questions will be automatically directed to and reviewed by the project manager. All project specific questions posted here will be answered via addendum and distributed to all plan holders. Addenda will also be posted to the website and may be accessed by clicking the red “Addendums” button.

 

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online at www.jacobmartin.com.  Orders for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may include hard copies for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC., located at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606.  Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00.  Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.

Utilities one inc Joseph DiMelis QUESTIONS FOR CITY OF GRAHAM TEXAS 1. Restoration Material Clarification For excavation areas within five (5) feet of meter boxes, please confirm the required restoration materials, surface finishes and material breakdown. Specifically, indicate whether restoration should include topsoil and grass, native fill (dirt), crushed stone, gravel, cement, or asphalt, depending on the existing surface conditions. 2. Existing Meter Inventory Data Request Please provide a detailed breakdown of the existing water meter assets, including meter sizes, manufacturer models, Lay Lengths, Type of Lids, Lid and box materials, addresses, and meter installation years. This information will assist in developing accurate inspection logistics and data entry templates for the TCEQ-20943 inventory. 3. Service Address and Spatial Reference Information Will the City provide a list of addresses and/or GPS coordinates for field inspection to allow the contractor to optimize routing and plan travel distances between service locations? 4. Routing and Dispatch Coordination Please verify who will responsible for coordinating and dispatching daily field assignments and if routing is pre-determined. 5. City GIS Collaboration Will the Contractor be able to contact the City's GIS specialist prior to Notice to Proceed? 6. ArcGIS Field Maps Access Credentials Please advise whether the City will issue project-specific ArcGIS Field Maps login credentials or provide access via the City’s existing ESRI organizational account to enable secure upload and synchronization of field-collected data. 7. Meter and Billing Data Availability Please confirm whether the City will provide the Meter Exchange File and the Billing System Layout File prior to bid submission or following contract award. Early access to these datasets will support validation of existing meter asset attributes, service line connectivity, and data field alignment with the TCEQ-20943 inventory requirements.
