Questions

Company Name Question
Fortress Construction Group Maria Amancio The bid documents state that bidders must demonstrate at least three completed projects within the last five years, performed as a General Contractor for a public entity, and of similar size and nature. Could you please clarify whether the Owner would consider: Projects completed for private companies or private owners toward this experience requirement; and Underground utility and fiber/OSP projects, including directional drilling, trenchless installation, conduit installation, excavation, and restoration, as qualifying experience if the projects are similar in size and construction methods? Or must all three qualifying projects specifically be public waterline projects performed as the General Contractor? Thank you for your clarification
