Statement of Qualifications/Proposal for the selection of Construction Manager at Risk will be received by Jacob & Martin, LLC c/o Glen Rose Independent School District until 2:00 PM, on June 9, 2023, at 1102 Stadium Drive, Glen Rose, Texas 76043.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications/Proposal. Statement of Qualifications/Proposal may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding of the contract.
