PROJECT INCLUDES:       Enclosing existing porch at Eula High School to create a new security vestibule.

 

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 2:00 PM, February 28^th, 2023, at Eula High School, 6040 FM, Clyde, TX 79510. The conference is highly recommended for general contractors and major subcontractors.

 

All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB / trobertson@jacobmartin.com. The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:00 PM, March 2^nd, 2023.

 

ESTIMATED COST:             $175,000

 

PAYMENT/PERFORMANCE BONDS: 100%

BID BOND:                           5%
