OPREX Construction Adam Beikmann There is a reference in the Division 13 specs calling for the primer to be SSPC-20 zinc rich primer. This is not a standard metal building primer and is extremely cost prohibitive. A.) Would the owner be willing to deviate to SSPC-15 standard rust inhibitive metal building primer? Or; B.) Would the owner be willing to deviate to SSPC-15 standard rust inhibitive metal building primer in all locations that are enclosed and galvanized finish for all steel exposed to the elements?
OPREX Construction Adam Beikmann The plans call out a 10' ft chain link double gate in the middile of the ameristar fence. Is this supposed to be ameristar fencing to match the rest of the fence or will it remain chain link?
