Project Description

 

Jacob & Martin, LLC will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) on behalf of Eula ISD (OWNER) for the Ag Renovation and Addition project until 2:00 PM local standard time on March 6, 2025, at Jacob & Martin, LLC, 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.   Sealed proposals should be addressed to: Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB, on behalf of Eula ISD, 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606.

PROJECT INCLUDES:         Renovation and addition to existing livestock building.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 10:30 AM on February 18, 2025, at Eula ISD Admin Building, 6040 FM 603, Clyde, TX 79510.

The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:00 PM, February 21, 2025. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Jacob & Martin, LLC, Attn: Tyser Robertson, AIA, NCARB; trobertson@jacobmartin.com

ESTIMATED COST:             $1,200,000

PAYMENT/PERFORMANCE BONDS: 100%

BID BOND:                           5%
