PROJECT INCLUDES:

 

Contract 1 will include Demolishing the existing 150,000 gallon multilegged elevated storage tank and replacing with a 150,000-gallon single pedestal elevated storage tank along with all appurtenances.

Contract 2 will include the installation of 15 fire hydrants, valves, water line connection and appurtenances.

Contract 1 will be read aloud first at 2:00 PM.  Contract 2 will be read immediately following Contract 1.

 

 

ESTIMATED COST:                $1,350,000.00

 

 

BID BOND:                             5%

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

 

 

FUNDING AGENCY:              USDA

 

 

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online at www.jacobmartin.com.  Orders for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may include hard copies for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC., located at 4920 S. Loop 289, Suite 104, Lubbock, TX 79414 or 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606.  Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00.  Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.
