PROJECT INCLUDES: The installation of an emergency generator and automatic transfer switch, electrical panels, new electric service, and SCADA at the City of Azle’s Avondale Lift Station, as well as replacing the pumps and bases and associated appurtenances.

BID BOND: 5%
PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT/MAINTENANCE BONDS: 100%
FUNDING: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Separate sealed bids for 101 ½ BLK Avondale Avenue, Sewer Improvements, City of Azle will be received by Tarrant County, Community Development Division, 2501 Parkview Drive, Suite 420, Fort Worth, TX 76102, until 11:00 AM (CST), Wednesday, June 14, 2023, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of these plans, specifications and contract documents may be examined, viewed, downloaded, printed, or purchased by interested contractors and/or suppliers. Prospective Bidders must register with the procurement website as a plan holder, even if the contract documents are obtained from a plan room or other site.
