Project Description
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Water Utilities Conference Room on the 1st floor of City Hall, 555 Walnut St., Abilene TX 79601 at 10:00 AM on September 8, 2026, to discuss the scope of the project and answer any questions prospective bidders may have concerning specifics of the project. The Contractor or their designated representative may attend.
PROJECT INCLUDES: This project includes the construction of a 2.0 million gallon (MG) composite elevated storage tank, site work, electrical, yard piping, SWPPP, and incidentals.
ESTIMATED COST: $9,000,000
BID BOND: No bid bond required.
PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00. Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00. Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.
