City of Abilene – Fire Station #9

Project Description

 

PROJECT INCLUDES:             A new 13,328 SF Fire Station with associated sitework and utilities located at the “Y” intersection of FM 707 and Spur 707.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Jacob & Martin, LLC, 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, Texas at 2:00 PM on August 20, 2024, to discuss the scope of the project and answer any questions prospective bidders may have concerning specifics of the project. The Contractor or their designated representative may attend.

ESTIMATED COST:                $6,500,000

BID BOND:                             No bid bond required.

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

FUNDING AGENCY:              City of Abilene / Abilene Contract No. CB-2479

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online at www.jacobmartin.com.  Orders for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may include hard copies for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC., located at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606.  Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00.  Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.
