PROJECT INCLUDES:             Construction of a new 800 SF office for the City of Abilene Brush Center Facility located at 2225 Sandy Street and associated utility extensions.

ESTIMATED COST:                $300,000

BID BOND:                             No bid bond required.

PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: 100%

FUNDING AGENCY:              City of Abilene / Abilene Contract No. CB-2613

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be ordered online at www.jacobmartin.com.  Orders for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may include hard copies for pick up, mail out or digital download via www.jacobmartin.com.  Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC., located at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, TX 79606.  Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $100.00.  Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $0.00.  Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project.

NEXbld GC, LLC Heath Davidson Primer Specification – Section 13 3419-3-G The current specification requires the primer to meet SSPC-20. This primer type is highly caustic, requires special EPA certification for application, and cannot be applied in a shop environment. We respectfully request revising this requirement to the industry-standard SSPC-15, which is practical for shop application and widely accepted.
