Project Description
Statement of Qualifications/Proposals for the selection of Construction Manager at Risk will be received by Jacob & Martin, LLC on behalf of Christoval Independent School District until 2:00 PM, on September 5, 2024, at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, Texas 79606.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications/Proposal. Statement of Qualifications/Proposal may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding the contract.
