PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are seeking a Licensed Project Architect to join our established Architecture Team.
The Project Architect will actively manage multiple projects and provide oversight across a variety of key disciplinaries including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering along with interior and landscape design services. Work closely with other engineers and architects to provide strong client management and representation for the duration of the projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidiscipline team and perform layout and detailing on architectural projects
- Establish owner/client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
- Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule
- Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines
- Write and edit architectural specifications
- Coordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, CPRs and change orders
- Incorporate agreed-upon changes into project documents
- Produce project specifications, probable cost estimates, and overall project schedules
- Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
- Manage various projects through all phases of the design process.
- Be the point person for coordination of multi-million-dollar projects
Qualifications:
- Registered Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of professional experience
- General understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and low voltage systems
Software Proficiencies:
REVIT, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
